Some times it may take more than one visit to repair your stove. We sell and are very familiar with the Napoleon brand. We also work on Heat-N-Glo, Superior, Quadrafire, Heatilator, and Majestic.  When you call us with a problem we may ask you many questions. We are not trying to annoy you — our goal is to better understand your problem and arrive with the needed parts whenever possible. Our company’s zip code is 20715, our range is 30 miles.  Please see the chart below for our rates for service calls. New customers must make a deposit of $95. The deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the set appointment. Once the service is performed, this amount will be deducted from the total cost.

We also inspect gas fireplaces. An inspection includes checking motors, sensors, firebox, piping and exhaust. We will inspect and report any possible code violation or potential problems with the gas fireplace. Our fee is $225.

** Fees listed above include 1 hour and 20 minutes of labor. Any combined time after 1 Hr. and 20 Mins. is charged at $95/hour. If we do not have the part available to fix your stove any return visit is charged at $95/hour.  There is an additional $35 fee for any service call in Baltimore City and Washington DC. Customers who have had stoves installed by MC&H but have not been serviced in the past 5 years, will be charged $225.
