I'm a first time customer having switched from another company I had used for many years. Domingo did an excellent job celaning my pellet stove. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I had suspected that the previous company had not done a good job last year and Domingo confirmed this by explaining the condition he found my stove to be in. From the first evaluation meeting with Mark to the final check off and appoval with Bryan, the job foreman, the experience was stress free. Mark communicated daily and the work crew kept us fully informed of the daily progress. They gave us a fair price and the final product was perfect! These guys are great! Not only are they knowledgable and professional but they are super nice and very respectful. They are a small team that works well together that takes great pride in their work. Mark came out and did a free inspection and assessment for us, told us our options, and broke it down for us. There was never any sales pressure. They are master craftsmen and the quality of their work shows. They deal with you honestly and fairly. I wish all trades imbued the same ethics and quality that Masters Chimney and Hearth do!
